Business Venture and Investments:

Maktabi Al Khuwair: A pioneer project, this Business Centre provides premium serviced office space with managed facilities on a short, medium, or long-term basis.

Omani Integrated Logistics Services Co. S.A.O.C.: An Omani closed joint stock company established with a group of investors.

GLOREI was one of the first companies in Oman to implement a Green Office Charter. Environmental friendly office material like recyclable woven bags and degradable pens are now being used. There is also an aim to reduce the consumables of paper and stationeries and depend more on the electronic copies. We are also in the process of looking at environmental friendly options for our projects like usage of solar technology and BMS (Building Management Systems).

All GCC nationals can purchase properties developed by GLOREI. Other nationalities can purchase property in areas designated as Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITC) by the authorities. As foreigners are now permitted to own real estate, for residential or investment purposes in areas designated as Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITC) by the authorities, GLOREI is capitalizing on such opportunities by planning unique development projects.

Once a real estate project is fully developed, GLOREI will be in the position to sell the whole property based on Management discretion.

The company is a provider of complete solutions related to real estate for organizations looking for investment. These organizations could be logistics companies, manufacturing units, healthcare providers or any other businesses.

Currently, GLOREI invests only in Oman based business.
